-student suspended because wrote about teacher on facebook -just wrote about bad teacher -get put down from all her honored classes -took it down after 2 days -made everyone cautious about what to write -katherine the student won the case wasnt on school grounds |

Evan won the case because it was off school grounds. Impacted sudents by making them scared of what they say. 2007 took place. Got her honor classes taken away. Destroyed suspension. Zach- Fcc verse Fox Fcc- What can and cannot be said on tv.
During Grammys actor cursed and everyone saw it. Alot of people complained various reasons. 10,000 complains 100,000 in fines. Fcc can cancel a show if its indecent. Taken off alot of shows. Seth Mcfarlene sends it to Fcc to see if its indecent. Can change whole thing Fox wouldn't even know. |
